Designed and launched an AI-powered chatbot system for customer support automation. Rebuilt internal inventory forecasting and reporting tools to improve business operations. Currently developing a custom ERP system using Laravel and MySQL.

At MLB, I contributed to integrating the newly acquired game, Pickle, into MLB Play services by developing REST APIs, which enabled guest users to interact seamlessly with the backend and earn in-game rewards.
